Safety Policy
Cochran Mechanical, LLC . is committed to maintaining the highest safety standards across all our projects. Safety is not left to chance; it demands careful attention from everyone involved in our operations. Employees at all levels must work diligently to uphold the company's dedication to safety and occupational health.
Our safety program is designed to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, with a specific focus on the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) and its requirements relevant to our construction activities. All employees are expected to understand these standards and follow the applicable rules and regulations on the projects they manage.
Prioritizing the safety of the general public, our employees, and our subcontractors’ workers is a core responsibility for everyone in our organization. Our goal is to prevent any human suffering. Even minor accidents can cause physical and emotional pain, so preventing injury and illness remains a top priority.
A safe operation is organized, clean, and efficient. If every employee treats accidents with the same seriousness as other aspects of our work, we will be better equipped to prevent incidents and improve overall company performance. It is crucial that all parts of our safety program are strictly followed and that its goals are fully achieved. We also welcome any suggestions to enhance our safety practices.
